Thirdly, you may need to complete a test of English proficiency unless you fulfil one of the following conditions:
You are a citizen or permanent resident of an approved English-speaking country, have resided in an approved English-speaking country for a minimum of ten years, and have successfully completed a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
Within the last three years, you have successfully completed a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate degree of at least two years full-time duration, taught in English from an approved English-speaking country.
Within the last two years, you have successfully completed a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate degree of at least two years full-time duration that was entirely taught, assessed and examined in English at an institution not in an approved English-speaking country, and you can provide official verification from the Academic Registrar.
